Refund policy
Blessed Beauty returns and warranty
Last updated: 23 September 2026
We aim to make returns fair and clear. This policy is subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), and other applicable South African law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Change-of-mind returns
Where ECTA's statutory cooling-off right applies to an online order, you may cancel without reason or penalty within seven days after receiving the goods. The only charge we may ask you to pay for such a cancellation is the direct cost of returning the goods. Any refund due under this cooling-off right will be made within 30 days of cancellation.
Please return unwanted items unused, clean, undamaged and complete, with their accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. These requests do not remove a statutory right. Outside an applicable statutory return right, we may consider a change-of-mind return at our discretion on terms agreed with you.
Defective products and statutory warranty
All our products are covered by the CPA's implied warranty of quality. If goods are defective, unsafe or otherwise fail to meet the CPA's applicable standards within six months after delivery, you may return them without penalty and at our risk and expense. Subject to the CPA, you may choose a repair, replacement or refund. We may reasonably inspect the item to establish the nature and cause of the reported problem; inspection does not limit your rights.
If we repair an item and the problem is not remedied, or another failure, defect or unsafe feature is discovered within three months after that repair, the CPA provides for a replacement or refund.
Normal wear and misuse
Subject to applicable law, ordinary wear and damage from misuse, improper storage, unsuitable cleaning products, tampering, or failure to follow the product's instructions and safety warnings will generally not be manufacturing defects. This does not affect valid statutory claims.
Incorrect or damaged orders
If the wrong item arrives or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and, where practical, photos or video of the issue. Return costs for an error by us or a statutory return will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are ordinarily made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. We process refunds within the periods required by law.
How to start a return
Email brandritchie2002@outlook.com with your order number, reason for return and any relevant supporting information. Please request return instructions before sending an item back.
We may investigate suspected fraudulent returns without affecting legitimate consumer claims. If any part of this policy conflicts with mandatory South African law, that law prevails.
